Full-Time Chat Agent with Swiftcourt Customer Success

Your Role:
As a Customer Success Agent, you'll be the friendly face behind our chat and email support.
Your mission? To ensure our users feel supported throughout their Swiftcourt journey. From legal queries to technical troubleshooting, you'll be the go-to person.
What You'll Do:
Provide timely and friendly support to users across Europe via chat and email.
Guide users through obstacles with patience and expertise.
Collaborate with the Swiftcourt team to explore new ideas and improve processes.
Embrace change and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Is This You?
High School Diploma or relevant work experience.
You have previous experience in other customer service jobs or other service-related jobs
Flexible schedule for full-time employment.
Service-minded attitude with a knack for multitasking.
Positive, patient, and confident demeanor.
Self-starter with a passion for learning.
Fluent in English and either Swedish or Norwegian.

Bonus Points for:
Advanced knowledge of another European language.
Basic HTML and CSS skills.
Understanding of basic contract law.
