The StO/DtR (Sales to Order/Delivery to Repurchase) department is the largest delivery unit in Gothenburg, offering a broad range of opportunities for personal development. We are delivering global IT solutions in the areas of CRM, Retail, Customer Loyalty, Service & Repair and Parts Logistics. Our employees work in global teams with all Volvo companies and take on challenging assignments that cover the complete product life cycle, including new development and projects.
The Retail Support & Portals group at Volvo IT handles Dealer Business Support and Web Portals where the dealers can access applications and information. Our customers include several Volvo Group Business Areas, such as Volvo Trucks and Volvo Penta.
Our role is to provide expertise in our customers' focus areas. Maintain high quality deliveries and maximize the business value of IT solutions within the Volvo Group.
Front Desk Teamleader
As the Teamleader for the DBS Nordic Front Desk it will be your responsibility to ensure that the front desk delivers support that meets quality, time and cost targets. You will plan, inform, co-ordinate, distribute, implement and monitor applications that are within the team?s area of responsibility. Today the DBS Nordic team consists of 7 persons.
You will also participate in the DBS Global Management Team; setting up global routines and guidelines.
Your profile:
You have years of experience within First line support and working against defined objectives. You are a driving force within the team and are customer oriented. You have experience from leading or coordinating a team.
General qualification and skills:
Academic qualifications within the relevant field
Communicative teamplayer
International experience will be considered an advantage
Proven leadership skills with considerable social competence
Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English, Danish will be seen as an advantage
