This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a multinational household name company. The role is responsible for proactively managing and developing business in a Channel Partner Led territory through an assigned list of Channel Partners using the telephone and Web 2.0 technologies. To build direct relationships and maximise revenue opportunities to achieve sales targets.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for delivering and exceeding against a
legal bookings goal in the Partner Led Go To Market (GTM)
through a defined list of Named Channel Partners.
• Execute on a territory plan as defined with the Field Sales
Team, working in alignment with the Territory Business
Manager.
• Act as primary point of contact for Partner Account Managers
for driving sales activity.
• Build, drive and close funnel within the defined Channel
Partner list.
• Developing and running Reason To Call campaigns to
uncover new opportunities and build funnel.
• Engaging with internal and external resources on larger
opportunities, in collaboration with the Channel Partner,
ensuring the ability to up sell and cross-sell.
• Support Channel Partners with sales management activities
such as programs and promotions.
• Responsible for delivering against KPI?s as set by the Direct
Line Manager.
• Production of weekly forecasts for the client and the Direct
Line Manager and ensuring their accuracy.
• Forge strong Channel Partner relationships to identify
Channel Partner priorities, strategy and direction and align
necessary resources to maximise revenue and market share.
• Maintain high level of client product knowledge, pricing and
procedures via management communication, meetings and
formal training.
• Utilize tools, systems and processes effectively and correctly
in order to meet client and customer?s objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Two to four years related experience, preferably within a fast
moving sales environment, IT sector experience desirable,
but not required.
• Sales acumen, able to drive effective strategies and practices
to generate revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey
information using oral, written and presentation methods.
• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective
relationships at a variety of levels both within the team, with
customers and the client.
• Business acumen, to understand and add value to the
client?s business model.
• Account management skills including planning, negotiation,
innovation and problem solving skills to attain goal
achievement.
• To be adaptive to fit within client?s culture and to adjust to
team dynamic.
• Flexible and resourceful to establish goals using appropriate
resources.
• To work proactively and professionally.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite and web.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Fluency in English and the language of the target market.
