The Customer Service Team is responsible for delivering pleasant, professional, accurate and timely information to our customers' inquiries, building and maintaining long-term business relationships with both internal and external customers and sales representatives through prompt, efficient and anticipatory service, thus promoting loyalty to our brands.
The position will be located at one of our Nordic branches, either in Vantaa, Finland or Gothenburg, Sweden.

Your responsibilities
Order management, including taking accurate information, entering order information using the SAP system.
Ensuring that customer delivery requirements are met or exceeded, ensuring adherence to vendor guidelines and maintaining an open order file updating information of current inventory availability.
Responsible for researching and validating claims, preparing the appropriate credits and/or debits, and creating warranty returns and authorized stock returns.
Track and ensure follow up on factory purchase orders.
Track shipping of finished product from factory/distribution center to delivery to customer.
Maintain frequent communication with all departments (credit, product, warranty, sales, supply & demand) to ensure customer satisfaction for all issues.
Work in close collaboration with the distribution center to ensure execution of product launches and timely deliveries.

Requirements
Post-secondary education that is suitable or previous experience in a similar role working with customers.
Experience with SAP system highly desirable.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Finnish, English. Swedish is a merit.
Excellent written business communication skills Finnish, English. Swedish is a merit.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Outlook.
Must be comfortable with and able to quickly learn and use new software programs.
