We're looking for you - a highly motivated salesperson ready to roll up your sleeves and achieve rapid success, both for yourself and for us.

Who Are You?

We're looking for a driven and ambitious colleague with the right attitude. Relevant experience is a plus, but MINDSET is key!
What you bring:

A goal-oriented mindset - you're motivated to reach the top.


Some sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.


Fluency in Finnish, proficiency in English and at least a basic understanding of Swedish.


Bonus points if you...
Have additional language skills - Swedish is especially valued, but other European languages (B2+ level and above) are a plus.
Previous experience in a tech company, familiarity with public procurements or an existing network in Finland are seen as advantages.

Your Role at Tendium
As an Account Executive, you will drive new customer sales for Tendium's SaaS platform in Finland and Europe. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with support from the marketing team.
Responsibilities:

Drive new sales via phone and video meetings.


Qualify leads and initiate business discussions.


Present Tendium's value proposition.


Build and convert a strong sales pipeline.


Collaborate with the team to close deals.


This is a full-time, permanent position with a six-month probation period, a base salary, and commission.
