Retail is our Core Business. We are a major contributor to the Volvo Truck group result. With our Headquarters based in Gothenburg, we are represented in virtually every European country. We are organised into 10 Business Regions, which together cover the whole of Europa
Commercial Trucks is one of two Product Business Units within VTC EUD. Commercial Trucks will develop BuS new solution New Trucks package, price, support promotion, and drive profitability of the EUD complete vehicle offering.

Finance Process Development,
You will report to the Manager of Commercial Trucks Business Control
Job descriptions and responsibilities:
As Finance Process Development you will be working with the financial Process, for New Trucks, Business Solution and Used Trucks. The analyses you perform will provide management with the insight needed to make the right decisions and launch appropriate action.
The main tasks for this position are:
Stream line the process
Follow up of finance process
Definition of the process between New Trucks & BuS (reporting)
Analysis / development of finance process with the right system
Definition & Selection of new trucks KPI?s
Authorization Rules & Follow up
Lead and support with continuous improvements and implement changes
Special projects
Qualifications:
Master degree of Finance or similar
Experience in Accounting and Business Control,
Experience from ?Volvo systems,? such as BCS, SAP R/3, Excel and Essbse (preferable).
Strong Logic and Analytical skills
Good organizing skills, commercial Interest
Fluent both in English and Swedish
Integrity, creativity and holistic view
Ability to plan, take own initiatives and work independently
Keen to work in an international environment
Compose informative texts in an easy understandable way with a high sense of pedagogical flow
Open minded and positive team player
Pedagogical skills and ability to share your knowledge with others

Profile
You have an open and positive attitude, goal orientation, flexibility and ability to communicate and work on your own initiative. You also have a genuine interest in our commercial business. The job requires that you create a good network within and outside of the Europe division; therefore your ability to communicate and to work with people on different levels and in different areas are essential. An interest in development and implementation of system support / databases is a definite plus.
