The role
As a Finance Business Partner Analyst you will be partnering with Business Units and Enabling Functions to analyse, report and follow up on performance and development. The Finance Business Partner Analyst will support business planning processes, monthly performance tracking, cost controlling and revenue analysis. You will support the business in order to maximise financial contribution and achieve business objectives.
The role will also provide qualitative financial and commercial input to individual investment decisions, challenging key forecasting assumptions and delivering expert financial analysis of business place, performance, forecasts, key risks and sensitivities.
The role can be based in any Nordic or Baltic office.
Minimum requirements
• B.Sc degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to perform in an team and dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
• Advanced skills in English
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Desirable experience
• Experience from working in a global organisation, or internationally.
