Publiceringsdatum2013-11-12Dina arbetsuppgifterThe role is in charge of verifying and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical assistance service in Norway, coordinating the external field service engineers' activities and developing the sales potential of the service channels. He/she will also take part into projects at Scandinavian level.
In detail the job requires to be in charge of the field operations activities and budget end reporting activities:
• verifying and evaluating the technical assistance service of a specified area and promoting business solutions development
• managing after sales activities, checking repair services costs (with or without guarantee) and planning spares and accessories sales
• ensuring the assistance network best distribution by guaranteeing the balance between profitability and readiness
• ensuring the achievement of company goals by developing new business opportunities, a customer oriented service and a strict control of the network service level
• supporting assistance centers in improving the service level by cooperating in the resolution of the main critical issues, trying to avoid the exchanges
• ensuring the spare parts availability by establishing the minimum stock level and the logistic distribution
• preparing and managing area budgets and reports on CCS service level in order to control the related costs
• preparing reports on service activities efficiency, showing the problem resolution timing and the frequency of immediate solved issues
• preparing reports on sales figures
• monitoring KPIs and defining contract conditions (both tariffs and terms)
The position is base in Stockholm and in charge of Norway service management. It reports hierarchically to Nordics Country Manager based in Stockholm and to the Nordics and Central Europe Service Manager based in Germany.
Utbildning och erfarenhet3-5 years of similar experience in the white goods sector;
• Engineering/technical degree;
• Availability to travel (1 week for month);
• Good communication, relationship and negotiation skills;
• Advanced knowledge of excel (macro and programming or the capability of learning fast is important), SAP would be a plus;
• Fluent Swedish, Norwegian and English;
• Team working skills;
• Multitasking & Flexibility;
• Problem solving and results orientation;
