Scania is currently undergoing a transformation from being a provider of trucks, buses, and engines to offering complete and sustainable transport solutions. People Business Service & Support Sweden is part of People & Culture (P&C), and we are a team of approximately 120 colleagues providing HR-related services to Scania's managers and employees.
About the team:
In the HR Systems department we're a dynamic team of 20 colleagues, responsible for the HR systems used within Scania's organization in Sweden. The purpose of our team is to drive and enable digitalization of P&C processes and services in Sweden. We do that by both maintaining our current portfolio and developing new technical solutions to support the continued digitalization and automatization within P&C. In our team, we're working with several different products and our team consists of both Product Owners and Expert Users. We're now looking to strengthen our team with an Expert User focusing on Integrations & Enabling Tech.
Your Role
As an Expert User in our Swedish HR System team you'll focus on the product we call Integrations & Enabling tech. The purpose with this role is to increase efficiency and automatization in our HR-processes by providing suitable technical solutions for different scenarios, focusing on smooth integrations, robots, AI and other enabling technologies. You'll be advising business stakeholders on technical solutions, troubleshooting and take an active part in improving our digital solutions for our end-to-end HR processes is . A large portion of your work will include working with our new HR integration platform and keep connecting new integrations to the platform. It means you'll be collecting system requirements, analysing different solution possibilities and specifying requirements towards SQL developers. In this role you'll work closely with our Product Owner for Integrations & Enabling Tech and SQL developers in the IT team.
Your Profile:
We are seeking an organized person who's great at solving technical challanges, taking initiatives, and leading your own work. Analytical thinking is crucial, along with the ability to handle overarching complex requirements and details. Even if this is not a SQL developer role, it's important that you have good SQL knowledge so that you are able to review code and understand how the integration platform is build. You have a business-oriented mindset and understanding of how IT solutions impact the company's operations and end users. We also value your ability to share knowledge and communicate effectively.
Key requirements
• Relevant University degree
• Experience of troubleshooting and documenting IT incidents and solutions
• Basic knowledge in SQL (or relevant knowledge in other programming language)
• Extensive experience of integrations
• Analytical ability to identify the root cause of problems and find solutions across different systems
