We are seeking a Head of Business Development & Innovation manager with a proven track record in supporting and developing new business in complex managed services market. In this role you will play a key role in supporting sales engagements and new business development and innovation activities in RECA.
You should drive the thought leadership, market requirements, support offer development, and evangelize new innovative solutions that address customer needs and opportunities, with special focus of Managed Services IT.
Responsibilities include:
• Drive strategies, new business Development & innovation, and competitive intelligence and foresight in conjunction with customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Develop foresight and insights in new areas to explore growth, especially within Managed Services IT domain.
• Support strategy and execution of targeted new business opportunities
• Strategic intelligence/analysis: industry, competitor, business, technology, market
• Strengthen the strategic dialogue with customers
• Generate tangible business opportunities for practices
• Experience in managed serviced IT is a must.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years experience in the managed services industry, preferably with a vendor and/or relationship sales from ICT industry .
• Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree and/or MBA considered a merit.
• Proven history of leadership of successful Consultative Presales activities including experience working with executives and engaging in technical and business conversations along with a strong understanding of how they evaluate, purchase, and deploy large services contract.
• Ability to develop strategy
• Strong background in Consultative sales approach at the executive level with ability to translate business needs to solutions
• Strong team player whom easily integrates in an existing team and has the ability to create the needed team to achieve the business objectives.
• Open, winning and go-getter attitude, organized and structured, an excellent listener and strong presentation skills are pre-requisites.
