About the Role
Volvo Group is the world leader within Electrified solutions. Our team is responsible to run our electromobility development work. That includes demonstrator vehicles for several of the business areas within Volvo Group such as full Electric products and Electric Hybrids.
Now there is an opportunity for you to join the Electromobility unit and contribute in the development of our new products. As an Electromobility Senior Project Manager, you will have the global responsibility to lead and drive our projects towards new Volvo Group products. You will manage the project management team and interact closely with Engineering, Product Planning, Aftermarket, Quality, Sales and Manufacturing to secure a complete project delivery. You will be responsible for the project deliveries and report to senior decision bodies. The work requires a broad perspective from high level prerequisites and concept development in the early phases to the later project phases managing planning, development and delivery. In addition to this you will take an active role in developing future ways of working in our projects, with a lean and customer mind set.
The work is carried out according SAFe, in which the project manager has the role as an epic owner.
