We are now looking for our next star and Digitalization Readiness & Change lead to lead our Digital Lighthouse team.

Sweden Operations is selected as a key strategic hub for digital innovations in our supply network - what we call a Digital Lighthouse. Our Digital Lighthouse team is responsible for evaluating innovation opportunities and driving development and adoption of new digital technologies across our 6 factories in Södertälje as well as collaborating globally with our other Lighthouse sites. As the leader of a newly established team we offer you the opportunity to build up new processes and ways of working.



In close partnership with the business, you will develop a road map of digitalization at Sweden Operations. While leading and driving digitalization on the site, you make sure that our organization is ready for our digital journey.



You will lead a small team, both direct reports to you and indirect from our IT department. You will work in a global environment, interacting with people from our global community and external parties. You report directly to Head of Strategy & PMO.



Main Duties and Responsibilities

To further develop our digital maturity and competence, you secure that the results and progress of our projects are efficiently communicated to the global program and other partners.



While leading our Digital Lighthouse team, you own and drive digital forums both internally and externally. This involves a natural and close collaboration with other companies, academia and other parties around digitalization.



On a technical level, you establish important metrics for tracking process of digital transformation and conduct business benefits analysis on potential projects. You also ensure delivery of project from proof of concept stage to wide-spread roll-outs.



Essential requirements

* Knowledge about emerging digital technologies and experience in implementing digital technologies in an industrial context
* Experience of managing high levels of risk by making complex judgements, developing innovative solutions and applying a comprehensive cross-functional and industry understanding.
* Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder leadership skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills
* Shown experience of efficient deploying of tools/techniques to enable business change.
* Practical knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
* Ability to use Swedish and English as working language.

Desirable requirements

* Degree in relevant field or formal certification
* Lean & 6 SIGMA training
* Experience of working in a global organization with sophisticated/geographical context
* Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry or in other manufacturing industries
