Are you an experienced design leader who is passionate about creating experiences our customers love, mentor designers, and grow the design maturity across 100+ colleagues across an entire product area?
Would you like to take part in shaping the future omni shopping experience for customers around the globe and across our multiple brands? And you interested in leading a digital transformation championing a customer-centric product strategy from exploration and conceptualization to iterative improvement and delivery that will accelerate the growth of H&M Group?
We are looking for experienced design leaders to take on the role as Design Director working as part of the area leadership alongside Product Area Manager and Product Area Lead Engineer in several customer-facing product areas.

Experience designers are mission critical tasked with bringing our customers with us making sure everybody feels welcomed, included and empowered on this journey by crafting beautiful and modern digital experiences our customers love across H&M, COS, Arket, Weekday, Monki, &Other Stories and more.

As a designer-at-heart you will...
• shape a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, wants and expectations.
• understand our brands narratives and champion the digital execution of them.
• take responsibility of the experience quality of products released from your area.
• champion design in projects across the area.
• mentor and guide the designers in your group by strengthening them in the craft and their belief in their craftsmanship.
• work with your team to design seamless end-to-end experiences reaching out to the into offline experiences such as in our stores.
• be able to visualize concepts and bring ideas to life for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• bring inspiration, latest trends and design possibilities to the table.
• facilitate creative workshops and collaborative sessions with multi-disciplinary teams.
