The area of "telematic services" refers to the services emerging from remote machine data processing. Our machines are embedded with sensors and have the ability to communicate this data remotely.
As successfull Data Analyst Telematic Services applicant you understand the remote machine data and can translate it into easy-to-grasp visualizations and actions. You combine machine data with data from other sources and deliver insights regarding the services portfolio for internal use. You deliver dealer and customer reporting solutions. You are the key user of the reporting and visualization tools, and you support and answer questions related to these solutions from the global and regional teams.
You are a member of the Telematic Services team. The position is based either in Eskilstuna, Sweden or Brussels, Belgium.
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Support global and regional teams with machine data analysis, data visualization and reporting
Collaborate with the Product Managers to gain insights from data analysis and ensure the successfull use of such insights into our services product portfolio
Create and maintain end-customer and dealer facing reports and dashboards
Analyze and show the value generated by improvements and new insights
Offer support as key user of data analysis and visualization tools, both on the use of the tools and the knowledge of the underlying data
Keep an efficient communication with the relevant entities across Volvo CE organization

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
Degree or experience in Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field
Experience with or strong interest in industrial machines (mechanical, electrical) is a plus
Experience with geographically diverse cross-functional teams is a plus
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally as required
Fluent English (spoken/written) required
Key skills for the position:
Experience with BI visualization tools
Ability to present complicated analysis results to non-expert stakeholders
Analytical, self-confident, customer oriented, persistent
Have ability to deliver against set targets and a "can do" attitude
