About the position
We at Perido are now looking for a Danish-speaking customer service employee for our customer who is a major player in the automotive industry. This position is located in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
In this customer service role, you will be the company's face to the outside world and communicate directly with customers in Danish with a high level of service. The questions are received by phone, chat or e-mail and are followed by administration for the customer management process. You become the link between the company, the customers and the supplier on a global level and are also responsible for maintaining a good customer experience by working with continuous improvements of processes and tools to increase quality and efficiency. It is important to constantly identify, propose and conduct activities with other stakeholders in order to further develop how to communicate with consumers.
Your qualifications
We are looking for you who are passionate about providing a high level of service and have a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues. You have a very good ability to work together, are a good team player and as a person you are solution-oriented, results-driven and have high integrity. As has already been stated, you are great at communicate in Danish and it is a small plus if you are interested in the car industry.

Secondary education

Full time. Start 11/1-2021. Assignment length is 6 months with a good possibility for extension.
