You will be part of High Voltage Products, a business unit within Hitachi Energy in Ludvika. The business unit develop, manufacture and market high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as surge arresters, breakers, instrument transformers, capacitors, cooling systems and cable accessories.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment together with a small team with diverse backgrounds and great cooperation. You will communicate daily with a wide range of people and provide internal and external customer support (e.g., Technical, order assistance, payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you will support 5 production units within High Voltage Products Ludvika in terms of:
You will plan and arrange transportation of finished goods (through COE Poland)
Handle and provide needed freight documentation towards customer (Invoice, packing lists, B/L etc.)
Keep customer well informed regarding shipping status (ETD, ETA)
Handle Letter of Credit and Dangerous Goods Declarations when applicable
Invoicing in accordance with business rules
Documentation handling in PDC

Your Background
We highly value your personality and see that you are structured with great communication skills
Strong customer service mindset and experience within the area of Supply Chain and Logistics
Experience in working with freight forwarders and handling of complex freight scenarios globally for all transport modes
High level knowledge of Incoterms and other associated freight rules and regulations
Experience in working with TMS systems (Transport Management Systems)
Good knowledge in ERP LN
As you will work both locally and in an international environment, excellent knowledge in English is required
