hela Sverige We are now adding additional strength to our Customer Support Team in Stockholm! If you want to work with colleagues, teams and customers from around the world and come face to face with world class customer service, this is the time to join! The purpose of this role is to coordinate the support operations to set the Support team up for success. The job is located at our office in Stockholm. Our other Customer Support teams are in Denver, Beijing, Minneapolis and Vancouver. Together we provide support for customers in over 90 countries globally.
About the job
• Ensure all customer issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform complete, accurate, and timely entry of information into CRM tool for all incidents/support requests (e.g. gather and document required information from customers).
• Receive and handle incoming contacts (calls/emails)
• Provide general product information and configuration support
• Collect relevant technical details to effectively troubleshoot scope of reported issues
• Actively initiate improvements regarding processes and solutions.
About you
• As a person, you are a positive team player with a customer and service-oriented mindset
• You are well organized and appreciate structure
• You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in written. Knowledge in other languages are considered advantageous
• You have a good technical understanding
• Previous experience or education within computer science and software is advantageous
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous
