Are you a natural leader and of the opinion that the customer should always be in focus? Then you might be our new Customer Service Manager! Your task will be to lead and develop 10 employees towards new, ambitious targets.
The challenge is multifaceted. You are expected to support the team to meet high delivery performance targets in a company with seasonal fluctuations. Furthermore support in developing and implementing a common approach and process for Customer Service locally and as well run the department's continuous improvement efforts. Therefore, you also have an important mission in continuing to build a positive culture and team spirit based on participation and involvement.
We offer you a unique opportunity to create visible results and believe that the right candidate has strong leadership capabilities and can combine a clear and well-structured leadership with the ability to inspire and enthuse others. We want you to have at least 3 years of experience and proven success in leading and developing a Customer Service department. As a person you are eager to move forward and always strive to improve - and you gladly share this ambition and energy to others. You thrive in an organization with high speed and rapid changes and are focused and result-oriented. We prefer that you have experience from working within FMCG and a degree within business economics, marketing, logistics or equivalent. Good knowledge of ERP-systems is a must, as well as a good level of MS Office. High level of Swedish and English in speech and writing is mandatory.
