The position
Danone AB is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Scandinavian Supply Chain team, placed in Solna that is responsible for supply chain operations for Danone Dairy & Juice Supply Chain in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
The assignment is a temporary position running over approximately 6 months starting immediately.
What will be your job?
The primary objectives of for Customer Service Coordinator are to keep a high service level to our customers and to be responsible for the order to cash process. You will be responsible in the order handling between our customers and our warehouse. You will be first point of contact with customers on supply chain issues and being part of developing relations with customers together with our sales organization. You will report to Supply Chain Operations Manager.
Please consider that there will be some travelling within Scandinavia.

Who are we looking for?
• You have higher education
• You have preferably 2-3 years working experience
• You are experienced in working with customer relations
• You have experience in working within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (preferable)
• You are experienced in working with Excel as being a daily working tool
• You are experienced in working in ERP systems (preferably Navision)
• You speak English fluently and as a minimum one of the Scandinavian languages
• You are well organized and good in communication
• You are service minded and solution oriented
• You are a team-player and good in working cross functionally
• You are able to work with several tasks at the same time
• You are enthusiastic and entrepreneurial
• You are flexible and able to work in a changing environment
