The Delivery function within WirelessCar is accountable for the development, delivery and operation of the complete customer and platform offering. This includes customer solutions, services and common platform solutions/services for both one-time and run-time.

We are now looking for one or several Customer Program Manager within the Delivery function.

Role mission & context

As Customer Program Manager you will accountable for one or several deliveries towards one of WirelessCar customers with responsibility for the customer's whole life-cycle. You will be responsible to ensure that the customer solution works according to business agreements for programs up to the size of 100+ MSEK and you will be an active and integral part of the daily work to constantly ensure good customer contact and life cycle management of the delivered services. To your help you have the Customer Program Team using the adapted SAFe model WirelessCar Way of Working.
You will be part of the Delivery management team and report to the CTO of WirelessCar.

Key responsibilities

Ensure overall quality and performance according to agreed SLA
Responsible for new development, roll-out and enhancement projects
Pro-actively propose extensions to the customer business
Establish and maintain strong relationship with customer stakeholders
Develop and lead the customer program leadership team
Accountable for the total cost in dialogue with the account manager
Jointly responsible for actively developing the customer business in close cooperation with the Account Manager

Wanted profile

The Senior Manager needs to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. As person you are innovative with a strong delivery focus and a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility. You also have a strong interest in developing your personnel and building effective teams.

Required competencies

A university degree in engineering or computer science or similar knowledge obtained in other ways
Documented leadership competence
Experience from software engineering and agile development
Experience from service operation and process development
A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus
Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams
Have capacity to execute against set targets and a "can do" attitude
Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners
Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationships
Good planning skills
Fluent in English - both written and spoken
Experience from the automotive industry and especially from automotive connectivity will be regarded as very positive.
