We're looking for a Customer Experienced Director who has the skills and passion to contribute to the business growth of Les Mills vision of creating a fitter planet.
Les Mills office is located at Gärdet in Stockholm. You will report to the CEO of Les Mills Nordic.

Publiceringsdatum2017-01-02Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Customer Experience Director you will coach, develop, lead and manage the performance of a sales team that consists of 13 Customer Experience Managers in 13 countries that make up the Les Mills Nordic business. You will participate as a member of the Senior Management team and contribute to the development and achievement of agreed goals and strategies of the business. Further, you will ensure that all sales and revenue targets and other agreed key performance indicators are met. To be successful in this position it is preferable that you have worked in a high performance environment and have experience of communicating a vision and idea to an international group of employees, implementing world-class procedures and systems and maintain a precise and constant flow of information to a diverse sales team. Your responsibility will also be to enhance, develop and establish a network of senior customers and help Les Mills partners to create and build a healthier business.
Other tasks that will occur:
• Develop the Customer Experience team members expertise, skills and knowledge to enable them to build value in every partnership conversation
• Lead and manage the Customer Experience team to achieve results through an "insight-led approach" to customer relationship management
• Ensure effective management and spend of Customer Experience budgets to approved limits
• Reports and budgets are submitted within agreed time frame
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, employees, customers, partners, the public, and other stakeholders

Business travels occurs.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
To be successful in this position we believe that you have earlier experience from an international company in the B2B environment, selling complex consulting solutions to other companies. We expect you to have a post-secondary education within sales, business management, financial management or similar. You have earlier experience from work in a similar role as a Sales Manager or Sales Director, were you created sustainable B2B-relationships and reached sales targets. You have several years of leadership experience. The role requires a highly skilled and structured person with attention to details and a great ability to prioritize and make things happen. You got a great interested for health and fitness and if you have been working in a similar industry before that is a merit. Further, you will have extensive people leadership and management experience and a track record of maximizing the performance of a diverse sales team and how to develop a network of many internal and external contacts. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
For this position you need to be commercial, grounded and self-motivated. Further, you'll collaborate and work well across different functions and groups and you will do everything for your team to succeed.
