hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Izettle AB i Stockholm We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our Customer Engagement Operations team in Stockholm. You'll be the main person responsible for the knowledge possessed by our first line support in Europe.
As our Training Specialist you will be documenting and sharing knowledge in efficient ways. Further, you will act as point of contact regarding training for internal and external stakeholders and spread information throughout the European customer support operations.
With your experience and forward way of thinking, you will be an essential part of developing the way iZettle's support operations grow and continuously deliver first class service.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating and developing existing training material for European support Operations.
Define new and develop existing training processes to ensure high standards of knowledge within first line operations.
Carrying out training sessions throughout European first line operations.
Responsible for flow of information within operations, ensuring support agents have updated knowledge about products, services, campaigns and temporary issues.
Close co-operation with Quality and Process specialists as well as internal departments.
Initiate, lead and participate in projects as a stakeholder representing first line support.
Maintaining a deep and up-to-date knowledge about iZettle?s products and services to achieve a good understanding of general user experience and first line support.
Requirements:
Relevant university degree and/or 2+ years of process-oriented and/or teamleading experience within Customer Service.
A "Get it done" mentality with great attention to detail.
Great interpersonal and pedagogical skills, comfortable presenting and communicating regardless of company level.
Fluent in English, other languages are meriting.
Goal oriented and metrics driven.
Familiar with implementation and development of Customer Service processes.
Familiar with terms such as C-sat, AHT and productivity.
