The profile we are looking for
We are looking for an early-career profile with a strong interest in customer relations and sales, who will play a central role in our daily operations.
What matters most to us:
You are starting your career and have excellent interpersonal skills
You enjoy selling, convincing, and building trusting relationships
You know how to listen, understand needs, and provide clear, thoughtful advice
You are curious, well-organised, and comfortable with digital tools
You are interested in entrepreneurship and administrative processes
You are fluent in French and have a good working knowledge of English (internal working language)
We expect you to have a genuine ability to identify user needs and present our offers in a natural, ethical, and convincing way.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
As a Customer Activation Specialist, you will often be the first point of contact for our users-and sometimes their very first support in their entrepreneurial journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting, reassuring, and guiding users by phone and email
Turning complex administrative processes into a smooth and accessible experience
Building customer loyalty around our management tools and proposing relevant partner services
Actively contributing to the improvement of our tools and processes-your ideas truly matter
Developing strong expertise in French administrative procedures
Adapting to a fast-changing environment where agility and responsiveness are key
You will benefit from a comprehensive onboarding, including tool training, service discovery, and personalised support from your manager.
