Our Customer:

We are hiring a CS Administrator on behalf of our client, starting immediately.

You will be hired by Bemanningsstyrkan and rent out to our customer.

Bemanningsstyrkan is a well- established company in staffing and recruitment. We have been operating since 2009 and today we have about 300 employees and is a company within Veddestagruppen.

We are primarily focused on recruitment, staffing and hire- purchase in administration, finance, sales, warehousing and logistics.

Purpose of the job:

The Customer Satisfaction Administrator is handling warranty and return processes as well as support and escalation issues between dealers/service centers and SSCE.

Key Accountabilities:

• Handle complex warranty and return claims and possible investigations toward service centers.
• Support partners with reverse logistic of parts.
• Modify SAP Master data related to service partners.
• Create and analyze data related to warranty and return processes.
• Manage consignment stock to service centers and distributors.
• Support our dealers and service centers through various channels.
• Process development in tight cooperation with all liaisons to minimize numbers of claims, speed up processes and lower costs
• Monitor the daily work for warranty admin located at outsourced partner.

Requirements:

• College ("gymnasium") Electronics, technical as well as administration.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• SAP knowledge
• Service related background
• Quick learner with the ability to handle a lot of processes at the same time.

EXPERIENCE:

• Preferably has worked with similar tasks
• Previous work within service (preferably in Home electronics)

• Preferably knowledge with SAP or similar systems.
