Publiceringsdatum2014-02-19Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be placed in the Procurement team in Stockholm and serve the Swedish organizations need of purchase products and services. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the rest of the Purchasing and Sourcing organization. You will act as an ambassador for the internal Procurement process towards Tieto's business and operation to drive Purchase compliance.
Main tasks:
• Handle purchasing of products and services suitable to manage locally
• Help requestors to prepare and enter purchase requests for approved Suppliers
• Ensure timely purchasing from decided suppliers, secure and follow up on timely delivery
• Secure that purchases are made via Tieto Purchasing tool
• Resolve issues in purchase requisition accuracy, on-time delivery and supplier payment in co-operation with Global Purchasing and Finance
• In alignment with Global Sourcing and given guidelines make RFQ, negotiate and enter purchase orders where supplier contract and/or approved supplier is missing
• Provide advisory including information about products, prices and solutions to requestors prior to purchase
• Support requestors in warranty and maintenance related questions
• Keep updated information about products, prices and suppliers in decided purchasing tools.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We expect you to have a purchasing background, with experience of category based procurement in a service oriented company, including some negotiation skills. We prefer that you have academic credits or acquired equivalent knowledge. Basic knowledge of supplier agreements is preferred. It's also important that you have experience of working in purchasing system i.e. Oracle i-Procurement. Fluent in Swedish and high level in English Language is a requirement.
