Then you might be the person we are looking for to strengthen our Professional Beauty team in Nordic.
As the Customer Service Team Leader for COTY Nordics, you will have the responsibility of handling Customer Service operations to more than 13,000 customers across the Nordic countries!
Your main Responsibilities will be:
• Managing, developing and coaching a team of 12 individuals located in 3 countries with the goal to ensure best-in-class customer service.
• Owning the significant processes like budget, recruitment, staffing and coaching.
• Owning the Customer Service operations, responsible for our main Key Performance Indicators for e.g. order processing, customer service phone-metrics, claims management and billing accuracy.
• Owning all possible improvement areas and continuously simplify the way we work and the way we provide service to our customers.
• Lifting and coaching the team to provide best- in- class Customer Service and build up the most professional team's image.
• Incorporating the latest Customer Service trends.
• Driving and owning multiple projects with the objective to optimize the workload, cross-function processes and most importantly to keep a strong & happy team.
We are looking for an experienced team leader with background within Supply Chain. Your profile shall include analytical and problem-solving skills which would be used to own and drive i) projects, ii) process improvements, and iii) the KPI:s
• Solid and proven leadership skills.
• High customer focus to ensure best in class customer service.
• Strong drive within a changing environment (require to be both open to change and to implement changes).
• High reliability and accountability.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with counterparts within Supply Chain as well as across functions.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, speaking and written skills.
As a Team Leader for our Customer Service operations, you will be part of the Supply Chain lead, that ensures we have a clear vision and the right strategies to win in the market. You would also be part of the European customer service network which aims to share and reapply best practices among the markets.
