We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead with the goal to lead the continuous improvement/Oatly Class journey for our site in Landskrona, in order to contribute to the overall growth of the site.
As our new Continuous Improvement Lead you will assess, plan and execute initiatives to make our production site more efficient and ensure that Oatly Class activities related to teams, pillars and the governance structure are in place. You are a member of our autonomous working unit flow, but also work close together with - and according to - the global OPEX Team's Oatly Class standards. Members of this team will also provide you with the necessary support and strategies within your area of responsibility.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
In your daily job, you will assess the progress and evolution of Oatly Class methodology in our organization, process, pillars and teams. You follow up on Oatly Class related performance, supporting the identification of main issues and drive the strategy development at site level.
You will:
• In collaboration with other CI leads, lead and take part in prioritized improvement initiatives and larger problem solvings at site Landskrona (kaizens, TIPs) that will contribute to a stabilized production.
• Collecting and analyzing data, assessing maturity levels serving as input for direction and prioritization.
• Drive local initiatives/process improvement programs focused on reducing cost by improving efficiency, improve quality of operations and improve customer experience
• Take ownership of the operating model improvements, process, guidelines and any associated documents.
• Drive the change towards a more efficient factory operating model
• Coach, train and support production shift managers, specialist, coordinators and others in their Oatly class work e.g. with systematic problem solving, performance management, process confirmation To aim for, contribute to and, together with management, lead the change towards stable production through an established culture, mindset and ways of working of standardization and continuous improvements
• Develop, ensure and sustain systems for Oatly class capabilities, e.g. problem solving, performance management, process confirmation, kaizen work etc.
WHO WE NEED YOU TO BE:
We are looking for a driven person who enjoys a high pace with a lot of responsibility and variated duties. To be able to work together with all levels within the site, and according to Oatly's guiding principles, we'll value your humble, supporting, and coaching personality as extremely important.
To be successful in this role you have:
• A bachelor or master degree in Engineering, like Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years of experience with TPM methodology and experience as process engineer in guiding teams to continuous improvement.
• A structured and systematic approach, leading problem solving activities.
• Focused on delivering results together, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired and solutions are not clear-cut.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Since you will be working with different cultures in a global context, both internal and external, you need to have strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in both English and Swedish.
