We are looking for a hungry marketer with solid work experience from content or copywriting in a similar role and a passion for the dynamics of content marketing. You will be part of a dynamic marketing team that handles all communication activities for our Scandinavian-based, global brand. WE ARE SEEKING A SOLID CONTENT WRITER to contribute in creating genuine brand content that builds brand loyalty, drives sales and helps us further our expertise in changing the concept of health and wellness. You will have a key role in our digital content creation working within a dynamic, global marketing team that handles all communication activities for our Scandinavian-based, global brand.
Role description
As a content writer, you will be a key player helping us build and refine our brand voice across all messaging, channels and content formats. You will work side-by-side with the Communication Manager and strategic copywriter to maintain the strategic positioning's for the brand, ensure we keep a consistent voice that resonates with our brand promise, purpose and target group needs. You will be part of our communication team to ensure they get the written support they need in their daily communication efforts.
From producing campaign copy, event messaging and sales tools to crafting blog posts, editorial pieces or video scripts, you are a natural storyteller and a creative thinker with a holistic view on brand communication. You are not afraid to dive into tactical execution across multiple aspects and cultural considerations. You love and appreciate the craftsmanship behind all content and are passionate about finding thoughtful ways to share our brand ethos with our target audience. You are a genuine team player but love just as much to get your head down and work independently towards a looming deadline. Above all, you know the immeasurable value in working tirelessly at building the bridge between what a brand has to offer and what a target audience needs and desires. Because you know that only then is content truly king.
Responsibilities
• Write newsletter content
• Write copy for our events and the event webpage
• Craft UX copy for the user journey on our web
• Write SEO-based content for our blog
• Write campaign copy
• Produce occasional editorial articles
• Research and produce FAQ scripts for our Support department
• Proofread internal documents from colleagues at different departments
• Keep a close eye on trends in content marketing and explore other avenues to create and share our content on video and audio platforms
Qualifications
• 3+ years copywriting experience and/or content creation at an advertising agency, inhouse agency or marketing department.
• Bachelor's degree in communication studies or similar sort with a focus on digital content marketing, copywriting, content creation.
• Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal. Other languages are a merit.
• Ability to write effective short and editorial longform copy
• Self-editor: ability to research and fact-check
• Demonstrate strong collaboration and organizational skills, set priorities, deliver on time and on brand. Experience of or a special interest in nutrition, personal health and wellness.
This is a full time position based at our HQ in Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg, Sweden. We would like you to start as soon as possible.
