About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated Content Management Administrator to join our successful Global Online Solutions team.
A Content Management Systems (CMS) Administrator is an important addition to any organization that maintains a website or digital platform. You will be responsible for managing the CMS, which is the backbone of the organization's online presence. A CMS Administrator is necessary to ensure that the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, compliant and secure.
You are also responsible for maintaining the website's architecture, managing content, and ensuring that the website is optimized for search engines. In addition, a CMS Administrator can help improve the organization's workflow by streamlining content creation and publication processes.
Your responsibilities will include
The Content Management Administrator will take responsibility for maintaining the website's architecture, managing content, and ensuring that the website is optimized for search engines and accessibility.
In this position you will:
Coordinate the technical administration of the CMS
Managing user provisioning
Working closely with our development team
Using our tools to test and launch new content features and components
Develop and document processes to ensure consistent use of the CMS
Troubleshoot CMS issues and ensure that tools are functioning properly for the team's use
Work on task-oriented administration details relating to Website Accessibility compliance
Prepare and maintain a schedule for all CMS-related initiatives
Document project status and content processes, and collaborate in our internal wiki
Inform stakeholders on the project progress regularly via Azure DevOps and others.
Execute administrative project activities and meet deadlines
Ensure that content processes are cost-effective, and that shared and reusable resources are utilized to their full potential

Your profile
To be successful in this position, we believe that you:
Academic degree in marketing, computer science or similar field
Certifications with CMS systems
Experience with building and managing global websites, in multiple markets with various languages.
Clear understanding of HTML, and other similar languages.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Feeling comfortable and confident communicating requirements to a variety of audiences, ranging from copywriters to developers, and management.
Ability to communicate ideas in a clear, confident, and diplomatic manner
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring that content and data within the tools are accurate and up to date.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address issues.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and/or other similar platforms.

In addition you should have:
