Could you be the one to take on this role?
As a process owner you will develop the road map and actions for our Compensation & Benefit challenges ahead. You will be a strong change driver for the IKEA Industry future, enabling and developing effective and common Ways of Working. You will work closely with our four Divisions as well as with Inter IKEA Group in developing and implementing the IKEA Industry total offer - within the frame of the businesses we are in.
Included in the scope is;
• Salary analytics -including developing, applying and implementing our tools for position evaluations - in our various countries
• Review, implementation and follow up of our Compensation & Benefit policies
• Development and alignment of our pay systems including variable pay/ bonus programs and our loyalty program; Thanks
• International mobility
Additionally - and in order to be close to the business - you will be the responsible HR Business Partner for our common and global Staff/ Service Units - that is primarily based in Hyllie, Malmö.
