Community Moderation Team Manager
It's important to us that our players receive help and have fun in safe environments outside of our games. As Community Moderation Team Manager, you have a holistic view of Star Stable Entertainment's social media channels and support the team in the moderation of those channels. To know what to share with our players, you drive coordination to gather information regarding updates, changes, problems or text copy from the organization. You represent the Community Moderation team and our players and feed constructive feedback from them back to the organization.
Sounds like the right role for you? Well, if you're passionate about coaching individuals and teams then you should read on! In this position, you guide the Community Moderators in their individual development and goal-setting as well as for the team. You will work with hands-on talent planning, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and salary reviews. You support the team in their daily work, remove blockers and continuously evaluate and improve workflows.
Who are you?
As a manager, you know how to grow individuals and a team towards their goals and development objectives. You're not only perceptive to the team, you're also great at listening to our players and know how to interpret their feedback. To succeed in this role we also believe that you have:
• Experience with crisis management. You understand how it is to manage a community of players and know how to support the team in difficult situations.
• Empathy towards our audience and analytical skills to interpret reports and player data.
• An ability to coordinate, make decisions and communicate in a clear and efficient way across the organization, even in tough situations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Effective one-to-one and one-to-many communication skills.
• An intention to grow both others and yourself, therefore you are great at giving and receiving feedback.
What we offer
• A pretty sweet mission. We want to build quality games for girls and we take that vision very seriously. We strive to hit that mark every single day.
• No-crunch policy!
• We may be a big group, but we're a tight-knit team! A diverse team of friendly, fun, and supportive co-workers from 20 different countries!
• We're more than 50% of females! #YES to #WomenInTech!
• Flexible working opportunities.
• We're known to throw good parties from time to time.
• 30 Vacation Days.
• ITP1 Insurance plan.
• Parental pay top up to 90%
• 5,000 SEK per year Health allowance.
PS. It turns out that we are one of the most diverse gaming companies in Stockholm, and of course we like to keep it that way. So no matter who you are, apply now! We're keen to hear more about you!
