As a Commodity Manager, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team of 9 professionals who contribute significantly to our daily business operations. Working closely with colleagues in Sourcing and other departments, you will also play a vital role in supporting our strategic initiatives, contributing to the transformative journey of Husqvarna Group.

Your Responsibilities:
As a member of a motivated team of Commodity Managers and Operational Buyers, you will report to the Director of Electric and Electronic commodities. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing business strategy and relationship management, ensuring quality, delivery, cost efficiency, and sustainability throughout the entire product life cycle.
Key tasks include:
• Working with commercial relations within your commodities, ensuring targets for cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability are met.
• Creating long-term strategies for your commodities, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver optimized value and drive strategy implementation.
• Developing and maintaining vendor agreements.
• Be an important part of sourcing projects and negotiations on commercial terms and conditions.
• Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers to improve performance and collaboration.
• Cultivating strong internal relations within sourcing functions and other internal stakeholders.
Who we are looking for:

• Some experience in roles involving similar responsibilities.
• Exposure to working with electronic components.
• A degree from a relevant university program.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Location:
This position can be based in Huskvarna, with the possibility to work within a hybrid setup.
