hela Sverige As an active member in the Analytics team within BNEW Commercial Management organization, the Commercial Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing internal commercial data; extracting insights that will help the BU executive team improve understanding of commercial performance and enable fact-based decisions on a portfolio adding more than 14BUSD per year to Ericsson's top line.
Additionally, the Commercial Analyst will be a key contributor to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the commercial operations and processes.
SCOPE RESPONSIBILITY
• Analyze ongoing deals of BNEW business to understand commercials of our pipeline (price levels, commercial models, T&Cs) and provide relevant insights to commercial management team and BNEW LT
• Together with strategy team, suggest and define action plans based on the insights; and ensure execution upon these actions, coordinating and following-up among action drivers and relevant stakeholders
• Preparation of regular executive business review meetings with BNEW LT and of BA-MA commercial fora (QBR, price boards, MBR, etc.)
• Expand commercial analysis scope into currently underexplored areas of the portfolio (NRO, NDO, Transport, site material, etc.)
• Coordination and continuous improvement of data collection processes (regular and ad-hoc)
• Continuously design and recommend new insights and KPIs based on business and data observation
• Documentation of data analysis processes
• Support in operations to maintain current Ericsson Business Delegation model
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Very strong analytical skills & structured problem solving
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel (comfortable at least with Logical + Lookup & Reference functions, and with pivot tables)
• Strong organization skills and experience in cross-functional team work or project management
• Good knowledge and understanding of Hardware, Software & Services business models
• Experience in commercial management and knowledge of Ericsson CPQ tools (Verdi, ECP, Premium)
• Ability to work under stress (periodic)
• Master's degree engineering and/or business
• Knowledge & experience with machine learning models and tools is a plus
• Knowledge & experience with data visualization tools is a plus
