Client Coordinator - Stockholm
Our import SCM department in Stockholm handles some of Damcos largest SCM/ ocean and air customers in Sweden. As a client coordinator in the SCM team you have a very important role as the daily contact party for our customers, who deliver what our customers expect from their cooperation with Damco. You are also responsible for the financial aspect of the customers we handle, including invoicing and supplier invoice handling.
The SCM department in Stockholm consists of 7 motivated colleagues. Together we provide world class customer services to all Damcos customers, both for import and export shipments.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
• Working experience in the shipping industry
• Experience from export and/or import logistics
• Experience from customer service departments
• Good IT skills
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
