Qualifications / Skills
• Must have good communication in English / or Swedish
• Be willing to work with a team and / or individually
• Have a "can do" attitude
• Driving license
• Previous experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs and company needs
Requirements
• Must be an EU / EES citizen or have documentation to work in SWEDEN / NORWAY
• Able to pay attention to detail, clean well, and take pride in your work
• Must work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work task
• Cleaning cabins/public places, to deliver an excellent service to our guests
• Support our team to achieves a higher goals and standards
• Follows the departments work guidelines and helps promote a positive attitude and work culture within the department
• Report damages, theft and lost and found items
• Maintaining cars, linen rooms, and cleaning equipment and supplies in a neat and orderly fashion
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
• Consistently achieves expectations on cleanliness
