We are now recruiting an Chief Accounting Responsible to Callenberg Technology Group headquarters in Gothenburg. Through this role you will be part of a global high-performance team with responsibility for Callenberg Technology Group 's accounting. You will be responsible for one entity, Callenberg Technology AB.
In the role as Chief Accounting Responsible you are responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of processes and routines within the accounting area and that internal and external guidelines are followed. This position reports to the Finance Manager in Gothenburg.
Main responsibilities:
• Accounting on daily basis for Callenberg Technology AB, sites in Gothenburg and Uddevalla
• Reporting and assessment of accurate balance sheet in line with internal and external guidelines as well as reconciliation of the Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
• Monthly and yearly closing and reporting and annual audit, statutory reporting and tax reporting
• Perform weekly cash forecasts and participate in the preparation of budget and forecast
• IFS superuser on Finance Module
• Adhoc reports to Finance Manager and Finance Director and support managers, cost center responsible regarding finance matters
We are looking for someone with a academic degree or equivalent with minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience from similar position in preferably large organization with many stakeholders.
To succeed in the position it is important that you are confident, analytical, structured and self-driven as well as take initiative and are truly interested in the business to be able to give the best support the organization. You are service-minded and like to work with improvements and problem solving in an analytical way. Further extensive knowledge and experience with IT tools and experience from working with ERP systems within large corporations is also a plus. We also believe that you have good communication and cooperation skills and have very good command of written and spoken English and Swedish. We take great consideration to personal characteristics and mind-set.
