About the role As our Certification & Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, and delivering high-quality training programs. Your role will involve training both external stakeholders (customers and partners) and internal teams (employees) to ensure they gain a deep understanding of our SAM solution.
You will lead engaging certification courses and training sessions tailored to both new and experienced users, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
Responsibilities
Develop engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, manuals, video tutorials and interactive exercises, to enhance the learning experience.
Ensure all training materials remain current, relevant, and high-quality, aligning with the latest updates and advancements in our SAM solution.
Customize training sessions for diverse audiences, catering to both technical and non-technical users to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine and enhance training programs based on feedback, evolving technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications
Having experience in leading end-to-end training initiatives, managing deadlines, reporting, and overall program success.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and easily understandable content for diverse audiences.
Inspire and motivate users to fully leverage the software's capabilities and maximize its value.
Being able to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, R&D, Support) as well as external clients and partners to ensure seamless training experiences.
Experience in designing and deliver impactful training programs, including both digital and in-person sessions, supported by high-quality training materials.

Bonus points if you have:

Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM), including license management, compliance, and software resource optimization.




Experience with SaaS and cloud technologies, including SaaS platforms and subscription models.





Understanding of compliance and software licensing, with familiarity with vendor-specific licensing rules (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM).
