We are looking for a Campaign Manager to help our Sales team get to the next level. The Campaign Manager will make sure our communication with users are relevant and help drive high engagement, high retention and ultimately conversion to Premium membership. The Campaign Manager will also be responsible to set and implement marketing/communication strategy for key markets. The Campaign Manager is part of the Sales team that consist of conversion managers, mobile engineers, designers, analysts and backend engineers.

Lifesum is a Stockholm-based digital health startup that offers its users a flexible platform to support and encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Having already achieved over 16 million downloads across the world, the Lifesum app is available on Android and iOS, and can be tailored by individual users and adapted to specific goals and aims, offering personal guidance based on personal data. Lifesum wants to make people healthier and happier by helping users to forge good habits on their journey towards a better lifestyle, as well as an improved overall quality of life.

The Sales team at Lifesum works in a fast pace with sales and growth as our North Star. We like to do tests and use data insights to improve our work.

To be successful in this team you should love to create communication that drives sales and behavioural change, have an entrepreneurial approach and like to own projects from start to finish. We are growing fast but are still a small company, so the right candidate doesn't mind the diversity of assignments this means.

Responsibilities

Increase sales and conversion rate through communication, campaigns and localized content
Own and improve the sales-driving communication with our users in all direct-to-consumer communication channels such as e-mail, push messaging and in-app
Be up-to-date on the best practises, tools and systems used to maximize engagement and conversion
Create localized communication plans
Help Lifesum get to the next level

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of work experience, preferably within B2C marketing/sales
A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets projects done quickly
You are a team player with excellent communication skills
Fluent (written and verbal) in English a second language is a big plus
It's a plus if you have copywriting or design skills
It's a plus if you have a passion for health and fitness
It's a plus if you have been working with mobile applications
It's a plus if you have a university degree.
