Lantmännen recently was awarded Talent Company of the Year and we now have an opportunity for a Business Solution Specialist to join our competence center in Agriculture IT to contribute to our businesses. This is an excellent opportunity if you have experience from Supply Chain and want to grow within Infor M3 Cloud.
This is what you will do
The Business Solution Specialist (BSS) is knowledgeable in business area processes, data and application configuration. The overall responsibility of the role is to, in collaboration with business stakeholders, drive continuous improvements to business processes.
For this specific position the solution specialist role is part of an engaged team encompasses the overall responsibility for driving the development of Agriculture Business Platform with a holistic view. During the autumn 2023 we will start a project to upgrade current M3 10.1 on premise to M3 Cloud Edition, where you will become an important part together with the rest of our team.
You will gather requirements and create solution proposals based on business requirements. When needed, you will perform configuration or changes in our applications to meet new business requirements. In cooperation with our domain architects, you will secure that our solutions in the business platform are in line with our security and architecture principles. You will also create solution documentation and maintain the platform. Another part of this role is platform governance, including leading maintenance forums with business representatives for operational processes such as Production, QMS, Demand to plan, Purchase etc. You will also support and follow up our AM suppliers where needed, driving incident and problem analysis and resolution.
The position is located at our head office in Malmö, and our operations are mainly based in Sweden. For the right person the location is flexible within Sweden.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- An academic degree in combination with 3-5 years' experience from Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge in M3, preferably with experience in Production, Warehouse, QMS, GCM and Demand to plan (MRP) modules.
- An ability to configure and maintain the M3 production modules
- Knowledge of system integrations e.g. API:s from and to M3.
- Knowledge of Infor M3 Extensibility toolbox to improve our end-user experience.
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
