Job Description
As a Business Expert within External & New Sales Channels in you will be in the center of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product deliverables are in line with the business need. Furthermore, you will contribute by sharing your e-commerce knowledge within your product team, working closely with stakeholders in other Business Tech products, H&M functions, and external partners. You will work together with Bus Tec, local and regional teams, assessing feasibility and requirements and driving those through to launch. Some of your daily work includes:

Act as a partner to the product teams and help them derive actionable tasks and product requirements by applying your deep expertise in the area.
Manage Stakeholders and build tight relationships in Business Tech, Business Functions, and our Partners towards the team delivery & OKRs.
Collaborate daily with Software engineers, Data analysts, users, Hub and Regional teams.
Ensure progress, explain, anchor, and secure the teams initiatives in the process and the solution, with the aim to maximize business impact, benefit, and effect.
Analysis of future potential initiatives.
Support in the definition of acceptance criteria & participate in UAT as necessary.
Support the launch activities of new Markets.
Participate in team activities and ceremonies with constant improvement as a mindset.

We also believe that you have...
Degree within Business and / or Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience from e-commerce and great understanding of its business processes and associated technical solutions.
Ability to apply subject matter expertise to support construction product strategy, including definition of relevant business, quality/test, and product KPIs
Have excellent experience in stakeholder management, you are courageous but humble.
Act as a leader, merit to have leadership experience
Have experience in requirement management
Strategic, analytical, and fast in understanding and execution
Understanding in the Agile way of working.
Enjoys being a part of a team and can drive and lead initiatives independently.
Fluent in English, oral and written
