Our client is now looking for the right person to take on a key role in growing the Stockholm office and continue the Nitor success story.
As Business Development Director you will have the overall responsibility for the business development and sales in Sweden. You will manage and grow the team and drive business creating long term relationships creating sustainable digital development. Together with a growing team of leading experts in software development, design, lean-agile transformation, business strategy and data science in Helsinki and Stockholm you will be responsible for expanding the business based on the Nitor values - unity, agility, effectiveness, pragmatism, and passion.
The person we are looking for is an experienced digital consulting professional with a deep understanding of the Swedish market, sales and management. You are a forward-thinking, highly driven team player who is passionate about what you do. You are experienced in growing businesses and love to do so! We will value your hands-on sales driven approach and your agile way of working. You have a strong sales background, proven leadership skills and a passion for digital engineering.
