We are ready to take the next step in our change journey towards becoming an Agile company and are looking for an Agile Change Leader to our Strategy Office within IT Solution Delivery (ISD) in Stockholm.
About the position
You will be part of a team of business developers / agile change leaders and primarily work with helping the organization navigate and accelerate in the right direction towards set goals. You will facilitate and drive continuous improvement to create high performing teams and organization. As part of this you will deliver hands-on training, coaching and mentoring.
The mission for Strategy Office within IT Solution Delivery is to accelerate the change towards Vision 2025. That includes strategic planning and follow-up as well as execution. We manage, and drive parts of ISDs transformation agenda as well as simplify, improve, and relieve the organization to increase value creation in SEB towards building a digital bank.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you need to be an expert, both theoretically and based on in-depth experience, of agile methodologies and scaled agile organizations. This expertise and understanding is only relevant together with excellent communications and collaboration skills, so that the expertise can be shared with others. You are a natural team player with the ability to build trust and relationships.
We are ready to take the next step in our change journeyWe appreciate that you have a proven track record of large scale agile transformations as well as development and maintenance in large interconnected software environments. We also believe that you have a very good knowledge of lean, agile principles and practices and building teams. Beneficial is knowledge about continuous Integration & delivery and the financial industry. You probably have a SAFe-certification or equivalent.
