We are looking for a Controller to a big automotive company. This is a consultant assignment through us at Poolia Väst. We are looking for someone that can start working in the beginning of January on full time. The contract will last until January 2024 and there are possibilities to be extended. Responsibilities
Controlling is a true business partner to management of all parts of the organization to drive and support financial business performance, risk management and value creation. Following tasks will be a part of your working day:
• Define financial steering principles to support the business models.
• Develop, implement and manage policies and guidelines in relation to forecasting, financial ratios, performance indicators, cost calculations, working capital management and investments.
• Analyze and follow up of financial and operational performance to support management teams and propose and drive corrective actions.
• Provide management and business with various ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic and tactical decision making. Provide management and board with financial preformance reports and analyses including recommendations and early warnings.
• Perform Business Control activities related to Digital Products, Business Applications, Projects and IT Services
• Manage financial interactions with Group D&IT stakeholders
• Secure financial follow up with transparent structure and high quality
• Lead planning and estimate process within served functions and secure target fulfillment
• With a high degree of pro-activity, support the served function in securing that financial targets / plans are met
• Support decision-making in providing relevant and thorough financial analysis and insights
• Perform proactive controlling and drive the cost awareness in management team in order to achieve short and long term financial targets
Your profile
We are looking for a consultant that has:
• Experience from Business controlling
• Experience from business and/or management team interaction
• Strong personal drive and desire to get the job done
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations
• Strong logic and analytical skills
• Have a positive attitude and like to have fun at work
• Flexible and pragmatic in order to act in a changing environment during the transformation
• Excellent communication & presentations skills
• Fluency in business English, spoken and written. Swedish skills is meritorious.
• University/Master's Degree or equivalent in relevant area
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
