As our current Business Controller will soon take on a new challenge within our organization we are currently after our next Business Controller to join the team at the Electrolux Headquarters in Stockholm!
In your role you will contribute with shaping, influencing and collaborating in order to drive growth and change within our Business Area Nordic which belong to Business Area Europe.
You will be a true business partner within our Business controlling Nordic organization and you will cooperate with many functions such as finance, sales, marketing, aftermarket and also sector finance. You will provide financial support and visibility to business leaders but also be maintaining the IT tool-box in Nordic and cooperate with the global center of Excellence team supporting the financial tool-box development.
Key Operational responsibilities
Financial Business controller for the KRT/B2P channel in Nordic, supporting the channel in driving volume/price/mix.
Performing and drive the planning, forecasting and budget process for Sweden for both major and SDA/WB business area for Sweden for NS and GP1, down to EBIT
Secure that all other cost elements get reflected by team members in the forecasting tool (Wee, chemical tax, logistic cost, marketing cost and Sales fixed cost) - so that you can sign off the country reporting down to EBIT.
Weekly beat input for major and SDA/WB for Sweden
Local country support when needed for MDA and SDA/WB
Reporting to APPLIA for Sweden
Together with Nordic business and FPRA controller maintain and develop Nordic toolbox
Collaboration with Coe (Center of Excellence) around the central toolbox (BPC and Power Bi)
Provide and support aligned & standardized formats and structure for controlling activities within our Business Area functions.
Consolidate & analyze financial performance, propose corrective measures when necessary by focusing on specific areas.
Participate in preparations of reports for the Business Area Nordic Management such as monthly Report to Sector management for cluster business call.
Drive part of the forecasts & budget processes as well as target setting for plan level customers and sell-out budget.
Be a reliable & solid representative of the Swedish and Nordic Financial Management towards other internal departments (Sector Controlling and internal departments).
Participate in various ad-hoc projects within our BA
Key Competencies:
Have the capability to be the cross-function contact point for the different departments
Perfect understanding and experience of profit & loss elements.
Strong knowledge in forecasting processes & financial planning.
Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP & Excel, Power Bi would be highly appreciated) and applications.

Minimum requirements
Education: University degree in Business Administration or similar
Minimum 5 years' experience in Controlling positions in an international environment
English fluent
