We are now looking for a Business Controller to join our Business Control team at our Finance department in Lund.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In this role you will be a dedicated Business Partner to Axis Marketing and IT departments, working closely with the marketing management team and the IT management team. You will act as the financial business partner to your internal stakeholders, where you proactively challenge and provide insights to the business, and where you will be well-informed on ongoing projects.
The role also includes:
Working cross-functionally within our Business Control Team
Ownership of the forecasting process for Marketing and IT
Monthly reporting and follow-up meetings with internal stakeholders
Implementation and roll-out of Qlik Sense initiatives. Participating in management meetings
Working closely with your stakeholders in various projects, including cross-functional initiatives and internal efficiency initiatives.
Ad hoc analysis and KPI development and reporting
You will be an important part of further developing our controlling function, influencing the way we work, creating and improving processes and tools.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe that you are a service minded and analytical person with a business oriented mindset. You have the ability to take a holistic view while still keeping track of the details. You have a positive mindset and enjoy working in a team. You have a track record of being able to contribute with new creative ideas and develop new material.
You have:
4-6 years' experience of finance, primarily within controlling
Good knowledge in Excel - advanced level
It is an advantage if you also have experience in at least one of the following:
Corporate marketing
IT with focus on licenses, total cost, resource allocation
Identifying and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs)
BI tools (such as Qlik Sense and Qlik View) and visualizations
Anaplan or other forecasting tools
Working in a fast-growing organization
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English. It is meriting if you also speak at least one Scandinavian language.
THE TEAM
Our Finance Department is striving for "World Class Finance", and we are organized into Accounting, Group Control, Treasury, Tax, Internal Control and Business control.
The Business Control team strives to be a proactive business partner by delivering advice that contributes to better business decisions and ultimately a more profitable company. Within Business Control we are 10 dedicated colleagues, covering all functions within Axis.
