What is the role like?
We offer problem solving, everything from the development of a new system to designing a web shop, leading a project, setting up a framework for a customer or something completely different where our broad and excellent competence in technology is applied fully. Our assignments often have an international character, which is why fluency in Swedish and English is a natural part of work. The consulting assignments are partly done at our office with many visits to our customers, so travel within the local area is a natural part of everyday work.
In this role you work as a requirements management consultant. You act as an expert in one of our customer assignments and work with requirements identification, analysis, documentation and intermediation, to bridge the gap between business and IT.
Your background
For this role we are looking for you who want to participate in our journey to be the best IT consulting firm. At Sigma you will get to work with competent and supportive colleagues and you are given the opportunity to work with a wide set of large and small customers within the Gothenburg area.
We are looking for you who identify with some of the following:
• Education or experience in agile methodologies and requirements analysis.
• Documented experience with identifying and managing both functional and non-functional demand from the business.
• Documented experience with writing requirements specifications, user stories for development and procurement of systems and services.
• Process mapping and use of various tools.
• Certifications in REQB or possession of other relevant certifications is a merit.
Experience in project management is not a requirement but it is a strong merit. Equally so is experience with different systems development methodologies.
We would also like to see that you have experience from different fields of IT and shifting businesses. Your personal characteristics are important to us as we wish to maintain the environment that we have today. Our coworkers are characterized by a businesslike and customer oriented attitude, with an ability to quickly assimilate new information and apply it to creative solutions. You respect your colleagues and have a strong desire to share your knowledge with others while also learning from them.
