Business Analyst / Business Consultant
In this role you will be working as a member on client projects driven by SKF Nova. You will most of the time be assigned to multiple interesting assignments in parallel. You will take responsibility for distinct parts of the projects. You will play a key role in analyzing data and various types of information. You will be contributing strongly to the final recommendation for our clients.
Successful Analysts and Consultants at SKF will have the chance to grow fast in their role and take the next steps to senior positions - the pace is up to you! You will gradually take greater responsibilities in developing client recommendations, as well as designing and initiating new projects.
Your day-to-day work
Contribute or independently drive projects and work streams
Collaborate over organizational boundaries to reach common goals
Gathering, structuring and draw conclusions from key information for our projects
Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses
Act as a problem solver to overcome project obstacles and client issues
Support in creating project proposals for client requests
We expect you to have
Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Experience from management consulting in one or more of our service areas - Strategy, Market Development, Organization development
Track record of driving strategic change initiatives in a global context
2-5 years relevant work life experience - strategy development, business development, change management, organizational development, consultancy experience
Ability and experience to structure and analyze large and complex data in MS Excel
Excellent problem-solving skills, perform independently qualitative and quantitative analyses
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written
It is an advantage if you also have
Experience from working with digital strategy & digital transformation
Experience in advanced data analytics
Experience in software development, systems or programming
Experience from working in CleanTech
Further language skills, such as German, French, Spanish, Chinese

Additional information
This position will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden and you will report to Country Manager Sweden, SKF Nova.
