We are looking for a driven Business Analyst to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate recycling team Revolt and based in Stockholm.
The Revolt team currently consists of about 100 people and is in a strong growth phase, as we are getting prepared for starting operations of our first industrial recycling plant Revolt Ett in Skellefteå in 2023. The team is located across three sites; at the head quarter in Stockholm, at our industrial recycling plant in Skellefteå and at our R&D Pilot plant in Västerås. The long-term goal for our team is to develop and ramp a best-in-class recycling process to supply Northvolt's battery production with 50% recycled materials by 2030.
By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing Europe's largest battery recycling business and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery recycling plants.
About the job :
As a Business Analyst you will be part of the Expansion team, evaluating and structuring long term strategic planning as well as short term business cases, solving and finding solutions with a wholistic and data driven approach. You have some experience in building business cases and structuring data, being comfortable working in Excel goes without saying.
You will be working broadly within the company in analysing different opportunities together with your team to present recommendations to management and other stakeholders. On a typical day you will be collecting and aligning information from the business development-, engineering-, finance-, operations- and project teams as well as supporting them with structured analysis upon request. You will be working regularly with assuring that the Expansion team is working with the latest and best data available. You will play a key role in keeping all central business/operating models, business plans and business cases up to date.
As a Business Analyst you are expected to have a high level of self-drive, self-discipline and an ability to take ownership of your work and make things happen. The role requires you to have a natural curiosity, eagerness to learn and to be open to take on many different types of tasks. You are expected to work structured with an ability to finalize you work and leverage what you've produced in future work. As we are a company in development and strong growth it is expected that you thrive and preform at you best working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

As a Business Analyst you will be exposed to all functions of the organization, get a wide network and get the right level of challenge to constantly grow yourself the role and our team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build business cases closely tied to execution of Revolt's strategy
Collect, structure and maintain master data for modelling
Preparing and presenting analysis and recommendations to the management team and other stakeholders
Support in updating and maintaining Revolt's operating model(s) and business plan

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
A degree in MSc or MBA in Engineering or Finance, or other relevant university degree
2-3 years working experience in financial / accounting / analytical role
Excellent English written and oral skills
Excel skills comfortable with structuring large data sets, building and understanding large complex models
Familiar with basic functions such as, CHOOSE, SUMIFS, MATCH, INDEX, OFFSET (in isolation and combination)

Bonus points for:
Work experience from management consulting preferably from one of the big firms
Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
Fluency in other languages such as Swedish and/or German
Experience from a multi-cultural environment
