DOVISTA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of VKR Group, is a leading provider of vertical windows and exterior doors with a strong presence in Europe. With the purpose of bringing daylight and fresh air into people's lives we operate through the brands Natre, Mockfjärds, Svenska Fönster and Velfac in Commercial Region North.
With a turnover of approx. 2.5 billion SEK and 150 employees within the Commercial part of Region North, we market and sell our quality products to consumers, architects, carpenters, and builders in Sweden and Norway through various channels.
After a couple of difficult years for the whole industry we are now on a growth journey to strengthen our brand concepts and increase our market share in both markets. To succeed in this journey, we are looking for a strategic and experienced Marketing Director to strengthen our commercial management team.
About the Role
In this role, your mission will be to increase brand equity and marketing efficiency by leveraging shared excellence, capabilities and resources ensuring harmonization and collaboration across all brands. You will share our vision of growth and take strategic, tactical and operational ownership for how to the marketing department contributes to short- and long-term sales. You will lead a team of approx. 10 driven and competent individuals who in you will find an experienced and authentic leader who empowers them with clarity, prioritization and opportunities to grow both as a team and as individuals. The role will require travelling within Scandinavia.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement comprehensive brand-and marketing strategies to grow our brands
• Harmonize and develop the digital customer journey to create more leads and improve engagement
• Work closely with Sales Directors to align marketing strategies with sales objectives
• Marketing plans and execution, budgeting, follow up performance etc.
• Relationship and collaboration with agencies
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, foster a culture of harmonization and collaboration
We believe that you
• Are a strategic thinker with passion and experience in the brand and marketing area
• Have a proven track-record of growing awareness, consideration and preference for well known brands
• Have experience from upgrading digital customer journeys and generating leads online to offline
• Are an experienced and communicative leader who can engage colleagues, customers and partners
• Have a background in sales or has worked closely with sales, balancing brand building vs. tactical
• Thrive in an environment of collaboration and have worked in a Nordic context before
