The Ghost studio in Gothenburg works on EA's Need For Speed titles, one of EA's longest running franchises that had delighted millions of players worldwide.
The studio is now looking for an Associate Technical Director to join the team and take responsibility for building tools, technologies and processes in support of Ghost's DRE, QE and Dev Ops groups.
What an Associate Technical Director does at Ghost
Dev team stakeholder in DRE group
• Prioritize DRE backlog
• Validate role out plans for new system
• Assess impact and risks
• Gather new dev requirements on DRE
Dev team stakeholder in QE group
• Prioritize DRE backlog
• Validate role out plans for new system
• Assess impact and risks
• Gather new dev requirements on QE
Ops technical lead
• Dev team stakeholder for backend hardware setup/usage for online (OCOR)
• Dev team stakeholder for system test setup/usages
• Validator of online team tech architecture
• Work with product launch to create a viable test and release plan
